Lesson 3 Being Prosperous Here and Now
Prosperity in the Present Tense
To give yourself the best opportunity to live a fulfilling life you must have balance between the past, the present and the future. You must make peace with the past by forgiving those, including yourself, who have caused you turmoil. You should have a goal and a clear vision of where you’d like to go and what you’d like to become in the future. But most importantly, you must live with a passion for the present. Into everyone’s life will come joy and sorrow; no amount of planning will prevent your life from challenges. But by living in the moment, caring for yourself and giving of yourself to others you will find that the riches of life are here for you every single day.

The Next Lesson
In the next lesson you’re going to learn how to train yourself to look for and find more money. The world is not only filled with riches it is filled with money too. Money is everywhere; you can learn to attract and keep more.
Lesson 3 Exercises
Exercise 1: Being Honest With where you’re at now. What does it really take for you to live every month? Spend some time and determine exactly where you are at financially right now.

Determine what your net worth is by writing down what you have and subtracting what you owe.

Determine what it costs you to live for a month. Make a list of your regular monthly expenses. Be sure to include expenses that you incur only once a year, like birthday expenses and license renewals and divide by 12. Also include occasional expenses like haircuts, and clothing purchases. Determine how much you spend per year and again divide by 12. To be even more accurate keep track of how you really spend your money for a week. Write down everything. You may be surprised how much you spend on stuff. Multiply times four for a monthly amount.

Determine what your income is for a year.

The more honest, the more complete you can be the better off you will be.

Exercise 2: Imagine yourself rich.

Using all your senses spend fifteen minutes a day for a week vividly imagining yourself being wealthy. Plan in advance what it would look like, what it would feel like, sense of touch, what it would smell and taste like and what emotions you’d be experiencing. Make it as real for yourself as you can. The more real you can make it the sooner it will become real.

Exercise 3: The handwriting is on the wall.

Write an affirmation at least 25 times a day. Use emotion when you write. Engage your body with aerobic exercise and chat your affirmations.

Exercise 4: Your prosperity theme song.

Write a positively worded theme song. You can write one for each trait you’d like to learn. Sing your song, record yourself singing and listen to yourself singing until you can’t get the songs out of your head.
